Lower Left Back Pain What Is Causing Lower Left Back Pain?

What is causing lower left back pain? - lower left back pain

I've had back pain in the lower left of those days. The hurts when I move, but if ever am not yet. It is a stabbing pain, so strong at one point I could not breathe because it does too much pain. I havent done anything unusual or difficult. A waiver or sports. Im not pregnant. If you could help me I would be grateful!
